SPEED & AGILITY —
HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE
Laser-timed. Coached by the rep. Built for athletes who want a number, not a feeling — and the 20 MPH Club to prove it.

WHEN & WHERE
Plantation Park · 3060 Race Track Road, St. Johns · Cleats or turf shoes, cleats preferred · Where to find us →
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
60 minutes, capped groups, one coach on the gates. Every athlete sprints through the lasers in week one and retests every few weeks. 20 miles per hour gets you in the 20 MPH Club.
WHAT WE TRAIN
ACCELERATION
Body angles, first-step mechanics, and resisted sprints that make the first 10 yards violent.
MAX VELOCITY
Top-speed mechanics most athletes have never been coached on, measured by laser every testing week.
BRAKING & CHANGE OF DIRECTION
The positions that keep you healthy and let you cut at full speed.
FORCE
Jumps, bounds, and iso work that turn mechanics into horsepower, tracked by vertical jump and reactive strength.

BRING YOUR COACH THE DATA.
Every athlete gets an OVR Performance profile: laser-timed max velocity, vertical jump, reactive strength, and agility, updated every testing week. Hit 20 miles per hour through the gates and you're in the 20 MPH Club — current members and their numbers are on our Instagram.
Walked in at 17.2 through the gates. One summer of starts, flys, and chains later he became the first X3 athlete to break 20 mph — and took that speed to college as a D-mid at Embry-Riddle. The 20 MPH Club started with him.
Came in fast and got faster. Hit 20 mph through the gates in his second week with us. Next stops: 21, 22, 23.
QUESTIONS
Can I train in-season?
Yes. 1x a week keeps your speed sharp without beating up your legs for games. Tell Coach your game schedule and we'll place the session where it helps.
I'm in 8th grade. Which group?
8th graders train with the 11–14 group unless Coach moves you up after your first session. Freshmen and up are here.
What do I wear?
Cleats or turf shoes — cleats preferred. No metal cleats on the turf. Water. Show up 10 minutes early.
What if it rains?
We train unless there's lightning, severe rain, or the county closes the fields. Cancellations go out on the @x3_performance Instagram story and by email.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Monthly members can make up a missed session at any other High School & College session that same week — just reserve it in the app. Session packs only count the sessions you attend, so nothing is lost.
