Speed, agility, and strength training for athletes ages 8 through college. Plantation Park Fields, St. Johns County.
Weekly performance data. Every athlete has an OVR Performance Profile tracking jump height, sprint times, power output, and reactive strength. You see the progress, not just feel it.
Age-appropriate programming. Three groups, three different programs. An 9-year-old and a college athlete don't train the same way here.
Small groups. Real coaching, real corrections, real attention. Not a camp.
Complete development. Speed and agility are the headline, but sessions include mobility, plyometrics, hand-eye and reaction work, deceleration, and change of direction.

PRICING
The complete X3 system is available through the TrainHeroic app — over 100 athletes nationwide are training with us right now. Programs for ages 8-11, 11-14, and HS, College & Pro.
CAN'T MAKE IT IN PERSON?
Preseason and in-season programs for schools and clubs. On campus or off — we bring the equipment, the system, and the results. Currently partnered with programs across St. Johns County.
TRAINING A TEAM?
What should my athlete bring? Cleats or turf shoes, water, and athletic clothes. We provide all equipment.
What happens if it rains? Sessions are cancelled when weather doesn't allow. If you're registered, you'll get an email through the PushPress Members app, and we post all cancellations on Instagram @x3_performance.
Do I lose that session? No. Session pack holders get the session credited back. Monthly members can attend any other session that week — just let us know and we'll get you in.
Do session packs expire? Yes — packs are valid for 90 days from purchase.
