SPEED & Agility TRAINING FOR St. JOhns County ATHLETES

📍 Julington Creek Plantation Park

Coached, on-field performance training designed to help athletes move faster, change direction with confidence, and perform better in competition.

WHAT THIS IS

X3 Performance runs structured speed and agility training for athletes who want real, measurable improvement — not random conditioning or uncoached drills.

Every session is intentional, coached, and built around movement patterns that actually show up in games.

Training emphasis includes:

  • Acceleration & first-step speed

  • Change of direction & deceleration control

  • Sprint mechanics & safe max-velocity exposure

  • Athletic footwork, rhythm, and coordination

  • Competitive, game-based movement

This is performance training, not cardio.

WHO IT’S FOR

This program is a great fit for:

  • Middle school & high school athletes

  • Field & court sports (lacrosse, soccer, football, basketball, baseball, etc.)

  • Athletes who want to move better, faster, and with more confidence

No prior speed training is required. Athletes are coached and progressed appropriately.
